Terms of Service:

To ensure the proper use of our money-back guarantee, we have established the following conditions, applicable to the first-time purchase of individual products:

Limitation on Guarantee Usage:

• The money-back guarantee is restricted to three individual products per first-time purchase of each item.
• In the case of ordering multiple units of the same product, the guarantee can be applied to one item for a refund, while store credit may be issued for the remaining units.
• Products sold in bundles are treated as individual items under this policy. For bundles exceeding three products, the refund will be limited to the three highest-priced items from the first-time purchase.

Exceptions:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, the refund will be forfeited.Discounted or discontinued items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Products purchased with Rewards points are non-returnable.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be used for Subscriptions under any circumstances.
• Purchases made with gift cards are non-refundable.
• Refunds cannot be processed to prepaid debit cards.
• Supplements are non-returnable.

The Money-Back Guarantee is limited to each individual product, not variations.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, although the duration may vary based on the policies of the bank or credit card company.
• We reserve the right to update and modify our return and refund policies at any time.
